My name is Michelle and I have began my career as a family day care educator in October 2003. My husband Jaime and I have two, lovely, grown children.

I offer a safe, loving and nurturing environment for children to grow and learn while I support them to foster independence and become competent and confident learners in a place where they can feel comfortable and at home.

I have been a family day care educator for eleven years and I have obtained my Diploma of Children's Services during this time. I enjoy this as my chosen career for many reasons. I have been able to be at home for my own children and we have opened our home to many other children and their families over the years that have become a part of our family.

I have enjoyed watching the children grow and learn on their journey with me. It gives me a great sense of pride to know that I have played such a vital role in their lives.
